Job Management
The Job Management module currently contains two utilities. The "Copy Job
Definitions" utility allows you to copy user jobs from one user to another. And
the "User Job Analysis" displays a graphical view of user jobs on your server.
If a user from your organization takes over another user's responsibilities this
utility can easily copy all the job definitions over to the new user. In
addition, jobs can be copied to other environments in future releases.
The analysis tool takes the mystery out of how many jobs reside on the server
and how much space they are taking up. You can also identify problem areas
immediately at a glance.
The user may choose from any UNIX user on the machine. The process gives the
user feedback and confirmation at every step and does not require any user
intervention.
